You really mislead about the beaches. The most popular beach in Cabo, Medano is completely swimmable.

Been doing as you suggested. Cancelled and rebooked at Royalton Negril for a room upgrade at $1500 less for the week. Went from presidential suite at 1800+ sq ft to a chairman’s suite at 2600 sq ft. Super stoked. Gonna keep looking. Been digging the channel sir. Keep it up!

Been there a few years ago and vowed never to return. Food sucked, service was horrible, and there were roaches all over. So while the resort was very beautiful with nice pools and a beautiful beach I had a terrible time. It may be better now, but I will never find out as there are plenty better. Spend a little more and go to Majestic Mirage. Spend more and go to Hyatt Ziva.

My #1 dislike with Moon Palace is the lack of a real balcony in most rooms.

I wanna stay at 20 all inclusives😭😭😭😂😂😂. Love your videos. You are real and tell it like it is... you didnt mention the amazing food at Hard Rock.. at least it was in 2017. It was awesome. I hope the quality is still good. But yes, huge massive property and beach

I was curious what the difference there is between the courtyard and garden view rooms.

I unfortunately have to disagree. We were constantly bombarded by the pool staff every day of buying “Grass”, restaurant service wasn’t the best either. The only thing that was special was the front bag man Alex Wisdom. He would work hard to address our complaints and put us in touch with the right people to try and make our experiences better. The grounds are beautiful but our experience was subpar.

I live in hotels for a good half a year for my job, and all these are good tips. But... really, 90 min? I think you're over estimating that amount of time. That’s 3 episodes of South Park. In 90 min I could go thru those bags, find the good stuff, repack everything the way you had it and still have time to use the bathroom. For real.

James, Does this resort have facilities in place ( ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S

Im staying at the Palazzo this memorial weekend it's literally tripple the amount for a Friday - Sunday stay 😅

I like how the main pool allows children in it. Lets the adults go to the swim up bar while the kids can still be in the same pool at a distance. Unlike the Rio hotels where no children are allowed in the pool with the swim up bar.

Property looks great but in UK we are advised to keep away from Jamaica . Do you have travel insurance or hope for the best?

My parents were there just a couple days ago for a conference. They absolutely loved it! It was also free for them to attend so they enjoyed it.

Beautiful property with so much going on! I felt like the beach looked a tad crowded with no separation. I don't want to relax on the beach that close to a stranger or kids. I am anxious to see Moon Palace Cancun. Been a minute since I stayed there, but definitely enjoyed it. Great video!! Love the new style!

@Coolist Great Review James! Never stayed there as I prefer Adult Only properties. However, I do refer my clients with families to this property. Plus Ocho is the best spot for people who want to do off site excursions in Jamaica. American Airlines does now fly to Ocho’s Fleming Airport on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I hope you give yourself more time in Cancun, it is huge. You have Moon Palace and then you have Moon Palace The Grand. Save you some calories for the steakhouse at The Grand.

Lucky you. I have no luck whatsoever w/room service. Food takes a long time to arrive & usually not good at all in ALL resorts.
